We are delighted to offer a Treatment Coordinator facility here at Pure Dental.

So what does that mean for you? In a nutshell a Treatment Coordinator is someone in the practice who is available to spend time with the patients to answer questions related to treatment and fees. Someone who is responsible to ensure that patients leave well informed, with all their questions answered about treatment options, with alternatives and fees introduced. The facility is designed to make our patients feel listened to, to discuss any fears or concerns they may have, to chat about how they can improve their smile or to find out about how they can get rid of those unsightly dentures for good!

The treatment coordinator will be coordinate every aspect of the patients treatment and care within the practice; from scheduling appointments to suit you, to showing you before and after photos of treatments, liaising between you and your dentist, arranging financial options to suit you, even down to making sure you have your favourite drink waiting for you on arrival and your favourite music playing in the surgery during treatment!!!!

It is all about care and putting the needs and wishes of our patients first, pure and simple!
