He is passionate about dental health education and passing on in his professional knowledge to improve the oral health for all his patients.

Working alongside a Periodontal Specialist and serving in several different military establishments, Jonathan brought with him a wealth of experience when leaving the Royal Navy in 2014 and returning to Cornwall. After serving for over 12 years in the military, fitness has always been an integral part of his lifestyle. He enjoys trying to maintain a good level of fitness, and managed to qualify as a level 3 Personal Trainer in 2013.

Originally from Durham he travels back to spend time with family when he can, but he likes nothing better than walking with his two dogs and enjoying the beauty of the Cornish coast and countryside.

Nicola left school at fifteen before joining a dental practice in Warrington where she trained to be a dental nurse. In December 1989 she joined the army, going into Queen Alexandra Royal Army Nursing Corps, which led her to the oral surgery department of the military hospital in Aldershot.

After a delightful three years she enrolled on the dental hygiene course and qualified in 1993. Deciding that it was time for a change, Nicola left the army in 2006 and moved to London to work in the Royal London Hospital and Private Practice.

After a few years in London, Nicola decided the city-lifestyle wasn’t for her and moved to Wiltshire where she enjoyed working in a large practice for four years.

Pure Dental Health welcomed Nicola to the team in 2013 when she decided Cornwall would be a great place to call home. When she’s not at the clinic, Nicola loves to explore Cornwall with her family before retreating home to simply relax.
