Alice's experience
Soon after joining Pure, Alice stepped into the role of Lead Dental Nurse, where she played a key role in streamlining the day-to-day operations of the clinical team and surgeries. Her natural leadership, dedication, and keen eye for detail led to her recent promotion to Practice Manager. In this role, she ensures the smooth running of the practice, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and the wellbeing of the entire team. She is especially passionate about nurturing and developing the skills of our talented practice staff. Alice has also recently completed her Level 4 qualification in Dental Practice Management, which she thoroughly enjoyed and found a valuable opportunity to further develop her knowledge and skills in practice leadership.
Alice also works closely with our Principal Dentist, Mark Durnall, and has a particular flair for assisting with surgical procedures. What she enjoys most is being part of the entire patient journey, witnessing first-hand the life-changing impact dentistry can have on a person’s confidence and quality of life.
Outside of work, Alice is kept on her toes by her partner and their six French Bulldogs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and never passes up the opportunity for a little retail therapy.
