Lucy

Practice Administrator

Lucy has been a valued member of the Pure team for over 15 years, first joining the practice in 2010 as our receptionist before progressing to the role of Practice Administrator and joint CQC Registered Manager in 2016. Within this time, Lucy has gained a wealth of knowledge in dentistry to help assist patients throughout their patient journey. Although her role has varied, Lucy mostly works behind the scenes, supporting team members in their day-to-day roles, ensuring dental equipment is serviced accordingly, carrying out risk assessment, audits and updates to our practice policies and helping patients find a suitable care package for their dental treatment are just a few of her roles.
