He then moved to Bath to work in a busy dental practice providing day to day general dental care for his patients. Whilst working in Bath Alan attended advanced courses on digital photography and aesthetic free hand bonding enabling him to deliver the highest quality cosmetic dentistry.
Continuing with his passion for surgery, in 2018 Alan completed a 3-year masters in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol giving him the ability to deliver complex advanced dentistry using the latest up to date techniques and technologies. Also, in 2018 Alan advanced his knowledge into the study of Occlusion (the way we bite) with the European Dawson Academy under Ian Buckle. He works closely with Mark at Pure, delivering complex treatment and providing the highest level of care to patients.
Alan Joined Pure in 2018 and has since taken a keen interest in teaching and education. He teaches advanced fillings and modern techniques for crowns and veneers to other dentists around the country and internationally online.
