Jan joined the team at Pure in June 2021 with extensive nursing and reception experience in both dental and GP practice.
Jan started in the dental industry in 1997 as a dental nurse, also teaching dentists and nurses throughout the South west and Wales “four handed” dentistry to promote efficient, comfortable provision of care to dental patients.
Jan says “As a receptionist, working at Pure is very rewarding, knowing our patients are receiving the best possible treatment and seeing the transformation of patients from being embarrassed to smile, to proudly beaming.
The patient journey, from initial phone call to completion of treatment, reflects the ethos at Pure, with everyone working toward the best possible patient experience.”
When not working, Jan enjoys working in her garden and exploring the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside with her partner and labradoodle.
